All mod related deadlines are done in EST, but players are encouraged to play their muses in whatever timezone suits them. Please feel free to continue asking questions. ^^

Right now, as the mod currently in charge of activity, I have a set amount of days (roughly a week) that I let comments filter in, and all those left to the main post must be responded to in order to clear. After a muse has been cleared, I don't check back for new comments again and their activity status won't be reversed for any reason. This month, a few muses were cleared earlier than I'm comfortable with, but I haven't gone back and changed any of the muses that have already been cleared because it would be unfair of me to do so. You can, however, expect more consistency in this regard from here on out.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this last part, but the orange denotes hiatus. The red just means that the twitter/comment part of activity has been completed.
Does that clear things up a little? There might also just be human error someone on the chart because a lot of checking and back checking has to be done for Naver's activity. If you have something specific to ask, you can always PM us and we'll be more than happy to respond. If what's written here is still confusing, feel free to ask more questions, and we'll do our best to clear things up.

The way we pass activity for community posts is that we come back to it 5-7 days after it's been posted to check and see that all the comments have been replied to. Don't worry and ask questions if you're confused about anything! You are cleared for activity this month. ^^

Could you possibly tell us what led you to this conclusion?
